Monday’s Moments…

To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.  Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”  John 8:31-32

Yesterday we began our BIBLE 101 series with a lesson on our Bibles and why we need to study it.  For some, bible reading can be more of a hobby than habit, but Jesus made it clear that to know Him we must know His Word.  Today more than ever we need the truth of God’s Word to sustain us as well as guide us.  We should be anxious to read the bible, because we need the bible… every day.  😊

Quote: “When it comes to reading the bible, what we do occasionally may inspire us, but what we do every day shapes us.” – David Jeremiah

Welcome to Leanna Hoelscher, Tom Wray, and DeeAnn Clark who all came Sunday morning to join our FBC family… we are so glad you are here, and welcome to our FBC family!

This Sunday we continue our BIBLE 101 Sermon Series with a lesson on “Knowing God”.  We will explore and study the how and why of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  Join us this Sunday and bring a friend!

Praise the Lord!  We have basically collected the rest of the money we needed for replacing our Sanctuary HVA system… thank you to all who gave, it is most appreciated!
