Monday’s Moments…
“What you intended for evil, God intended for good.” – Joseph (Genesis 50:20)
Yesterday’s challenge from our Joseph Lessons focused on “Resisting Temptation”… a challenge that everyone of us struggles with at some point. As we study Joseph and apply the biblical issues he faced, may we be encouraged and remember two things:
1) God doesn’t tempt us, but he allows temptation to help shape us and sharpen us.
2) Satan is a liar, he will always mis-direct, mis-inform, and mis-use God’s word and wisdom towards us.
Join us next Sunday as we continue to see how God moved Joseph form the Pit, to the Palace, to Prison, in order to put him in front of Pharoah.
Country Church Sunday is Comin’ Up on Sunday, October 25th! Invite a friend or two and bring a dish or two for our carry-inn dinner afterwards… it will be a great day of Gospel Praise, Fellowship, and Fun! Sunday at 11:00am
